Job summary

ASX Limited is seeking an experienced Application Support Lead to oversee the SWIFT messaging and payments ecosystem, ensuring availability, resilience, and security. You will lead technical incidents, drive improvements, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across SWIFT, AWS, and infrastructure.

The role requires 10+ years in high‑availability production support in financial services, strong SWIFT and cloud skills, and a track record of mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Application/Production Support or SRE in financial messaging or market infrastructure.
• Hands-on SWIFT, SWIFTNet, and message routing expertise.
• Strong AWS, security, and operational resilience knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for SWIFT and related services, acting as senior escalation point.
• Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and remediation actions.
• Plan and deliver SWIFT/aWS releases, patches, and upgrades with risk controls.
• Mentor analysts and drive automation and observability improvements.
