Job summary

HomePlace is seeking a natural leader to provide high-quality direct support to people with disability, while delivering day-to-day leadership across the home.

You will mentor support workers, contribute to planning and monitoring outcomes, and advocate for participants’ rights and community inclusion. The role is permanent part-time with flexible shifts across AM/PM and weekends, in South Australia.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in disability support or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach teams to deliver person-centred support.
• Understanding of SRV principles and community inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct support to participants in their home.
• Lead and oversee supports with the team on a day-to-day basis.
• Contribute to support planning, goal development and monitoring outcomes.
