Seeking a positive and experienced Support Team Lead with experience as a Disability Support Worker and a willingness to commit to 10 hours of permanent work per week, with some flexibility with remote hours.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide face-to-face support work - This will be focused on building rapport with the client, supporting the client with vision impairment and mobility.

Handle rostering, recruiting, and training staff.

Attending meetings with the client and the Hireup manager.

Any admin duties relating to the clients' support.

Experience required:

Disability Sector knowledge – experience working with clients living with a vision impairment & mobility (client has a power wheelchair with attendant care controls)

Recruitment, management, or leadership experience

Community access/transport support

Occasional personal care support may be required

Domestic duties

Current Shift Availability:

Must be available for the following face-to-face shift:

Every Wednesday from 9:30am - 3:30pm

For the remaining 4 hours, you will be required to support with other clients

Full First Aid

Right to work within Australia

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check

A reliable car and a full Australian Driver's License
