• Manage and resolve client tickets via the Service Desk.
• Maintain system availability, backups, patching, and DR readiness.

Join a Brisbane based MSP who are scaling fast and investing in its technical team. You will join as a Senior Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You'll play a key role in delivering Level 2/3 support, owning complex technical issues, and contributing to infrastructure, cloud, and security projects. It’s a hands-on role with variety and autonomy ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and building strong client relationships.

In this Role you will:

• Provide Level 2/3 support across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and security.
• Manage and resolve client tickets via the Service Desk.
• Maintain system availability, backups, patching, and DR readiness.
• Liaise with vendors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Occasional onsite client work and participation in an on-call rotation.

You will have:

• Proven experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Defender, Autopilot).
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and virtualisation.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, firewalls, Linux admin, and backup/DR tools.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Industry certifications (or willingness to obtain).
