Job summary

Fleetwood Australia in Western Australia seeks a senior HSEQ leader to drive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality outcomes across WA manufacturing and project sites. Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years' experience in HSEQ or related leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations and risk management.
  • Experience managing high-risk work activities, contractor management and permit-to-work systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and investigation documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and build capability in leaders.
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Work Health & Safety or a related discipline.
  • Experience in incident investigations and ICAM methodology will be highly regarded.

Based at our High Wycombe manufacturing facility near Perth Airport, this is a key leadership role responsible for driving Health, Safety, Environment and Quality outcomes across our WA manufacturing operations and project sites.
Reporting to the General Manager HSEQ, you'll lead the HSEQ function across Western Australia, including the leadership and development of a dedicated HSEQ Advisor. You'll partner closely with operational leaders to embed safe, compliant and consistent ways of working while building leadership capability and strengthening Fleetwood's safety culture.
This role is ideal for an experienced HSEQ professional who enjoys influencing stakeholders, coaching leaders and delivering practical safety solutions within construction, manufacturing or other high-risk environments. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while supporting operational teams and leaders across the business.

About You

You are an experienced HSEQ professional with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, project delivery or other high-risk operational environments. Experience supporting manufacturing operations will also be highly regarded. You understand what good safety leadership looks like and are confident engaging with everyone from frontline teams through to senior leaders.
You are a strong communicator who can influence outcomes, build trust and develop capability across all levels of an organisation. Rather than simply enforcing compliance, you focus on practical solutions that support both operational performance and safety outcomes.

What You'll Bring
