Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to own demand and supply planning across product categories for a growing manufacturing network in Australia. You will lead forecasting, collaborate with suppliers and factories, and drive inventory performance while supporting global planning and NPD initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, detailed data handling in Excel, and effective cross-functional communication to influence outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience across both supply and demand planning.
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent communication to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting across categories and lead S&OP processes.
• Communicate with suppliers and factories for material requirements.
• Support NPD projects with product teams.
• Drive DIFOT and inventory performance, manage SLOB.
• Support global planning as the network expands.
• Report performance using Excel and Power BI; explore AI-driven planning.
• Mentor junior planners, though no direct reports.
