Job summary

Sharp & Carter is representing a fast-scaling FMCG manufacturer seeking a Head of Supply Chain on the Gold Coast. You will own end-to-end supply chain from procurement to logistics, and build a scalable function to support rapid growth.

You'll lead a cross-functional team, establish rigorous S&OP processes, manage global supplier networks, and partner with site leadership. The role offers relocation support for the right candidate and a path to shape the function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Building a scalable, efficient supply chain function with clear systems and processes.
• Owning sourcing and procurement across a global supplier network.
• Leading demand and supply planning to keep production aligned with capacity.
• Building and embedding a fit-for-purpose S&OP process with cross-functional engagement.
