Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Operations, Logistics, or Business.
• 1–2 years' experience in supply/demand planning.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Korean language ability required for this bilingual position.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all areas of supply and demand planning, with focus on S&OP, forecasting, reporting, and systems/procedures development.
• Work with sales, supply chain, and product managers to optimize inventory and understand market demand.
• Lead weekly/monthly S&OP processes to deliver insights and improve planning.
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to planning processes.
