Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in mining shutdowns or maintenance.
• Proven experience in structural maintenance on draglines and CHPPs.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work scopes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural shutdown crews across multiple mine sites.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide leadership and technical support to personnel.
