Qualified candidates have 10+ years in structural engineering, PE licensure, and proficiency with MathCAD, SAP2000, and RISA-3D; travel and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE licensure is required.
• 10+ years in structural engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural engineering analysis and design across complex projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage scope, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with hydrology, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical engineers.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
