GHD is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Queensland Bridges team, ideally based in Cairns. You will lead analysis, design and documentation across bridges and civil infra, delivering projects from concept through construction while mentoring engineers and contributing to growth of our Cairns capability.

You'll work with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams across Queensland, ensuring safe, practical, constructible solutions and adherence to Australian standards in a

Competenze

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Structural Engineering and professional registration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience as a Structural Engineer.
• Membership of Engineers Australia and RPEQ preferred, or equivalent accreditation.
• Experience in structural design and analysis across bridges and civil infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects per Australian Standards and industry requirements.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to develop safe, practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating project delivery including scope, programme and budget.
• Clear communication and collaboration with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
