TOM People is seeking a Senior Performance Lead to partner with Product, Technology and Delivery leaders to drive strategic planning, prioritisation and execution within retail banking.

This role connects strategy to delivery, provides performance insights, strengthens governance, and ensures investment and capacity are aligned to business outcomes, with emphasis on data-driven and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategy, transformation, portfolio management, performance management or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual planning, prioritisation and OKR processes.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Drive performance management across delivery, workforce, financial and risk metrics.
• Facilitate governance forums and support effective decision-making.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.
• Align workforce capacity, investment decisions and strategic priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, analytics and AI-enabled insights.
