Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise-level data initiatives.
• Expertise in data governance, metadata management and data strategy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to lead people, upskill teams and foster collaboration.
• Thought leadership in Data, AI or Analytics with a drive to democratise data use.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS/Snowflake) would be valuable.
• Understanding of data quality, stewardship, governance across data-product lifecycles.
• Ability to align business, engineering, and data-management teams to deliver complex outcomes.
