CommBank is seeking a Senior Performance Lead in Everyday Products to partner with Crew, Product and Technology leaders. You will translate strategy into execution, drive annual and quarterly planning, and provide insights for investment and delivery decisions.

In this role you will connect strategy to execution, strengthening governance and delivery discipline while ensuring customer and business outcomes are prioritised and measured effectively.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking and problem solving to navigate ambiguity and diagnose root causes.
• Experience shaping outcome-focused OKRs, plans and commitments.
• Ability to interpret complex performance, delivery, workforce and financial data.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

• Drive performance management with delivery flow, risks, issues and workforce signals.
• Frame options and recommendations linking investment, delivery and customer outcomes.
• Lead governance rhythms and ensure timely decisions with clear ownership.
• Provide visibility of capacity, resources and headcount to support delivery.
• Surface risks, dependencies and roadblocks across domains for timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement using data insights, problem solving and reusable assets.
