Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Senior Performance Lead for Everyday Products to act as a trusted strategic partner to Crew, Product and Technology leaders. You will connect strategy to execution, translate performance data into actionable insights, and strengthen governance and delivery discipline to optimise investment, workforce and delivery outcomes.

Working within the Everyday Banking scope, you will help shape performance management, plan cross‑domain initiatives and drive capacity-informed

Qualifications

Thoughtful strategic thinking with ability to diagnose root causes and solve complex problems.
Experience shaping OKRs, plans and commitments to deliver customer and business outcomes.
Ability to interpret performance, delivery, workforce, financial and risk data and translate into recommendations.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present executive materials and run workshops.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate annual and quarterly planning and prioritisation with clear, outcome-focused commitments.
Drive performance management using OKRs, delivery flow, risks, issues and dependencies.
Provide strategic insights and frame options to connect investment, delivery and outcomes.
Lead governance rhythms with forums and ensure decisions with clear ownership.
Show capacity, cost and headcount visibility to support prioritisation and delivery decisions.
Manage cross-Domain dependencies and surface risks to enable timely resolution.
Improve delivery practices through data insights, problem solving, coaching and reusable assets.
