Uber is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager (Membership) to bridge analytics and scalable operations across the platform. You will shape how members experience Uber, translate insights into actions, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

You will own complex projects, partner with Product, Legal, Community Operations, and Policy, and turn data into strategic bets that improve retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering growth across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with SQL and data interpretation; experience with Python or R.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
• Cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority.
• Experience in tech or mobility with product analytics or business operations.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes in ambiguous settings.
