Job summary
The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking someone to support research and analysis of strategic issues for the MARS Program, prepare reports and liaise with organisations delivering initiatives for the MARS Program.

Qualifications
- Current Western Australian C or C-A class drivers’ licence or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the research and analysis of strategic issues for the MARS Program.
- Preparing reports and briefings and liaising with organisations commissioned to deliver initiatives for the MARS Program.
- Analysing evaluation reports and proposals in order to make recommendations that inform strategic direction and funding considerations.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of effective communication between Departmental officers and external stakeholders, including providing executive support to advisory committees.
- Representing the Division on relevant groups, committees, working parties and public forums.
