Base pay range: A$139,860.00/yr - A$149,485.00/yr

The Role
  • Lead teams responsible for ensuring industrial relations are managed, innovative HR systems are implemented, developed and maintained and pay is delivered on time.
  • Manage production of a range of workforce management information.
  • Provide strategic advice on employment matters.
  • Manage HR systems contracts.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Participate in operational planning.
