Qualifications

• Proven experience underwriting Property and/or large Strata risk.
• Strong technical underwriting skills with sound commercial judgement.
• Genuine enjoyment of broker engagement and networking.
• Established relationships within the Strata or broker community are highly regarded.
• Able to thrive in a lean, fast-moving start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite a portfolio of Residential & Commercial Strata risks with pricing, terms and risk selection.
• Build and manage broker and strata manager relationships nationally.
• Represent the agency at industry events and broker meetings.
• Contribute to underwriting guidelines and appetite as the agency scales.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the strata book direction.
