Job summary

Strata Insurance Solutions in Fortitude Valley is seeking a motivated Broker Assistant to support our brokers with policy renewals, client communications and administration. You will gain hands-on exposure to insurance broking, underwriting, claims and client service in a growing team.

The role offers hybrid working, hands-on training and mentoring, with opportunities to progress into a broking role as knowledge and experience develop.

We are looking for a Broker Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who is interested in developing a career in insurance broking.

Previous insurance experience is welcome, but not essential. We are happy to train the right person.

The Opportunity

As a Broker Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced brokers and support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of strata insurance clients. The role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, with a combination of working from our office and from home.

This is not simply an administrative role. You will gain practical exposure to insurance broking, underwriting, claims and client service, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as your knowledge and experience develop.

• Assisting brokers with the preparation and processing of policy renewals.
