Job summary

Elevate Strata is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our boutique agency serving clients across the Sydney area. You’ll manage a portfolio with ownership and collaborate closely with the Licensee to deliver personalised service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Strata Manager.
• Current Strata Licence (Class 1 or 2).
• Experience with StrataMax or a similar strata management platform.
• Strong understanding of strata legislation, regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of strata schemes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Owners Corporations, Committees and stakeholders.
• Preparing budgets, meeting agendas, minutes and other strata documentation.
• Coordinating maintenance, compliance, insurance and general property matters.
• Organising and attending strata meetings.
• Providing proactive advice and practical solutions to clients.
• Managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
• Contributing ideas and helping shape the growth of the business.
