Linea Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 30 buildings comprising 900 lots, with dedicated team support and the flexibility to work from home one to two days per week.

This role emphasizes quality strata management with no Schedule B's, a supportive environment, and a $180,000 total remuneration package. You will lead meetings, coordinate maintenance, and build strong relationships with owners and committees.

Qualifications

• Senior-level strata management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to lead committee meetings and manage complex strata matters.
• Solid knowledge of strata legislation and compliance.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 buildings and 900 lots.
• Building relationships with owners, strata committees, contractors and stakeholders.
• Organising and attending annual general meetings and strata committee meetings.
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and compliance requirements.
• Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, budgets and correspondence.
• Responding to owner enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant strata legislation.
