Linea Talent Group in Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to lead a portfolio of 40 buildings and 600–700 lots. You will manage owner and committee relationships, attend AGMs/EGMs, coordinate maintenance and budgets, and provide expert guidance on strata compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Senior Strata Manager.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing an established portfolio of approximately 40 strata buildings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders.
• Preparing for and attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor services.
• Overseeing budgets, financial matters and compliance requirements.
• Providing professional advice and guidance to strata committees.
• Ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
