Job summary

Linea Talent Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Strata Manager to lead a portfolio of approximately 12 larger buildings, focusing on quality client service and reducing the workload of high-volume portfolios. The role offers two days of remote work weekly and a rostered day off each month from a Rockdale-based office.

You will build strong relationships with owners and strata committees, coordinate committee meetings and AGMs, and manage budgets, maintenance, and compliance with NSW strata

Qualifications

• Experience managing NSW strata portfolios.
• Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation.
• Ability to manage larger or more complex buildings.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of approximately 12 larger buildings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and strata committees.
• Coordinate and attend committee meetings and AGMs.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, contractors and building-related matters.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notices and minutes.
• Oversee budgets, levies and financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with NSW strata legislation.
• Respond to owner and committee enquiries professionally.
• Work with an experienced support team to ensure portfolio smooth operation.
