LSEG Customer Operations is seeking a highly motivated Specialist Support professional to join our fast-paced Market Data team. You will resolve complex issues remotely, interface with vendors, and contribute to preventative measures while leveraging innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• English fluency in writing and speaking required.
• Japanese fluency in writing and speaking required.
• Comfortable working in a Linux terminal environment.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert technical support for Refinitiv products.
• Interface with product support, development teams, and 3rd party vendors to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve customer issues remotely and coordinate on-site dispatches when needed.
• Provide high-quality technical advice to internal stakeholders and 3rd party engineers.
• Escalate major, elusive, and recurrent issues impacting clients.
• Assist with implementation and integration of Refinitiv products at customer sites as needed.
• Maintain accurate client-site documentation and deliver training as needed.
• Record all customer interactions using Salesforce CRM.
