Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Japanese (written and spoken).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Mandarin is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role.
• IT degree or IT background is a plus.
• Experience using Linux is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, focusing on Japanese customers, via phone and email regarding products and services.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; escalate complex problems when needed.
