Job summary

Ascot Catering is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at the Shepparton RSL location in the Shepparton Region, Victoria. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards and smooth kitchen operations, delivering quality bistro dining for daily service, functions and events.

As a hands-on leader in a fast-paced club kitchen, you will prepare, cook and present dishes to established standards while upholding food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef in hospitality or club kitchen.
