Job summary

You will bridge Sales and Engineering, develop strong customer relationships, interpret drawings and specifications, prepare cost estimates and scopes of work, and support contract negotiations with delivery teams on site.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial fields.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret drawings, specifications and costings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and scopes of work
• Support contract negotiations and project handover to delivery teams
• Monitor project progress from a commercial perspective and manage variations where required
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and customer meetings
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales pipelines
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant standards, specifications, and safety requirements
