Qualifications

• Designing tailored storage technology solutions to address unique customer challenges.
• Conveying the advantages of NetApp storage solutions through presentations and demos.
• Designing and architecting on-premise or hybrid storage systems (NAS, SAN, Object Storage).
• Developing storage infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise applications.
• Providing insights into the storage vendor ecosystem and experience with backup solutions.
• Creating ROI/TCO overviews and competitive advantages of offerings.
• Collaborating with client executives and partner sales to develop storage opportunities.
• Advising on engagement and use of broader technical resources.
• Offering and applying technical expertise on NetApp storage products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers via presentations and demos.
• Assist sales in assessing applications of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed specifications.
• May create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/solutions.
• May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility.
• Provide consultation to prospective users and validate product capability.
