Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of cyber security platforms, competitor technologies and emerging industry trends.
• Identify customer technical requirements and develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, presentations and proof-of-concepts to senior executives and cyber security professionals.
• Act as a trusted security advisor, supporting cyber skills development, crisis simulations and organisational risk assessment.
• Partner with Sales to develop technical strategies for new business opportunities and existing customer growth.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
• Support customer onboarding, engagement strategies and ongoing solution adoption.
• Represent the organisation at industry conferences, security events and client meetings.
• Establish customer success objectives and measure outcomes.
• Support recruitment, mentoring and knowledge transfer to new and existing team members.
