Job summary

Nuix is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to design and deliver customer-facing architectures on the Nuix Neo Platform from Sydney. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, support sales with POC/delivery activities, and guide multi‑disciplinary teams through deployment architectures across cloud and on‑prem environments.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, architectural governance, and ensuring security/compliance across diverse deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solutions architecture experience in enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data processing and search tech.
• Experience in eDiscovery, forensics, or legal tech domains.
• Knowledge of deployment architectures (cloud, hybrid, air-gapped).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer solutions for complex use cases on Nuix Neo.
• Support pre-sales with POCs, tenders, and SOWs.
• Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Configure and optimize processing pipelines, storage, and export workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering across global teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
