Harvey is building a generational platform at the intersection of AI and professional services. The Senior Solution Architect will bridge product capabilities with enterprise client needs across APAC, driving technical discovery, scoping, and compelling demonstrations.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy in a fast-growing region. Based in Sydney with hybrid work rights, you will articulate complex AI concepts into business value for leading law

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a solutions architecture, pre‑sales engineering, or technical consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of APIs, security frameworks, cloud design, and platform integration.
• Proven ability to engage enterprise clients and translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients across APAC.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for prospective customers, addressing APIs, security, authentication, and integration questions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle by engaging with legal, IT, and executive stakeholders.
