Job summary

Harvey AI in Sydney seeks a Senior Solution Architect to bridge product capabilities and enterprise client needs across APAC. You will lead technical discovery, scope solutions, and demo Harvey's AI platform to drive adoption, working with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in a solutions architecture or related field within B2B SaaS, strong API/security knowledge, and comfort presenting to technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, security frameworks, cloud architecture, and platform integration concepts.
• Proven ability to engage with enterprise clients, explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and align solutions with business needs.
• Experience working closely with sales or go-to-market teams to support pipeline generation and deal execution.
• Interest in AI, legal technology, or professional services, with a desire to deepen domain expertise.
• Based in Sydney with valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery sessions, scope solutions, and drive platform adoption for enterprise clients across APAC.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that align Harvey's AI capabilities with client workflows and business needs.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective customers, addressing questions around APIs, security, authentication, and platform integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer feedback and market insights into product improvements.
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle by building relationships with legal, IT, and executive stakeholders at target organizations.
