Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead architectural ownership across enterprise platforms, analytics and large-scale integrations in Canberra. The role spans business, architecture, delivery and procurement, shaping cohesive designs and providing technical direction aligned to the technology strategy.

The position emphasizes enterprise analytics and CRM/integration environments with governance, documentation and strategic oversight across modules.

Qualifications

7+ years’ architecture experience with a strong background leading complex enterprise platform design.
Experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale analytical solutions, particularly SAS.
Experience leading architecture across large-scale CRM and/or integration initiatives.
Salesforce experience would be highly regarded.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business capability into technical requirements.
TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification, along with Azure or AWS experience, would also be valuable.

Responsibilities

Leading the design of fit-for-purpose solution architectures across complex enterprise platforms.
Translating business objectives and capability needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
Providing technical oversight and resolving complex issues throughout delivery.
Working closely with enterprise architects, solution leads, developers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across domains.
Representing solutions through architecture governance, review and decision-making forums.
