Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for complex client programs in Australia. You will craft scalable, secure designs and artefacts, align technical direction with business goals, and drive informed decision-making with client and delivery teams.

You will own architecture across APIs, data flows, cloud components and platforms, facilitating workshops and ensuring design intent is understood by engineering squads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery with architecture focus.
• Experience designing for complex business and digital platforms.
• Ability to produce architecture artefacts and system diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution approach across applications, services, integrations, data flows and cloud components.
• Define architectural patterns, technology choices and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate design walkthroughs, workshops and architecture reviews with stakeholders.
• Share solution options, risks and trade-offs in a structured, consultative manner.
• Identify risks early and define mitigation plans or architecture decisions as needed.
