The Role

As a Face-to-Face Lead Generator, you'll engage directly with homeowners, introduce them to RESINC Solar's energy solutions and book qualified appointments for our Solar Specialists.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging homeowners through face-to-face conversations
• Generating leads and booking qualified appointments
• Representing the RESINC Solar brand professionally
• Working toward individual and team targets
• Developing your communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Maintaining accurate customer information and appointment notes
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching and team development

This is an active, field-based role for people who enjoy being out and about, meeting people and being rewarded for their effort.
