Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating, preferably within utility-scale solar or renewables.
• Experience leading an estimating department with direct/indirect reports.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solar Australia estimating department, directing reports and work allocation.
• Ensure complete, accurate estimates, budgets, and tender deliverables.
• Oversee estimate development across labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor pricing.
• Review contracts, drawings and specs to confirm scope and risks.
