Job summary
Industry Electrical and Solar is seeking a Senior Solar & Battery Sales Expert to drive high-value residential and commercial opportunities across Gold Coast & SE QLD. You will conduct professional phone and onsite consultations, analyze energy needs and design tailored solar and battery solutions with strong closing momentum.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of direct solar sales experience, deep product knowledge, and a track record of exceeding targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' direct solar and battery sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of solar panels, batteries, hybrid inverters, system design and backup solutions.
- Proven history of achieving strong sales results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Confident conducting both phone and onsite consultations.
- Proficient with CRM and quoting software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional phone and onsite consultations to assess energy needs.
- Design and present tailored solar and battery solutions.
- Manage customer relationships and close high-value residential and commercial sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure installation and long-term support.
