Job summary

oOh!media in South Melbourne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join Engineering Excellence. This hands-on role focuses on building developer workflows, delivery tooling and platform capabilities using Go and TypeScript/Node.js across AWS.

You will help improve observability, production readiness, and adoption of EngEx standards, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable software at pace.

Qualifications

• Golang/TypeScript/Node.js experience.
• Event-driven architectures and serverless patterns (SQS, SNS, EventBridge).
• AWS products and AWS CDK.
• CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and IaC.
• Observability with OpenTelemetry and Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Build practical tooling, automation and platform capabilities to improve developer workflows and delivery outcomes.
• Support architecture of scalable solutions with performance, security and maintainability.
• Maintain and improve coding standards and engineering practices.
