oOh!media is expanding its Technology team in North Sydney. We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer who will rotate across teams, balancing building, guiding and leading activities under mentorship.
You will work with Go, Node.js, AWS, and AI-powered tools to deliver real products and features in a supportive environment. You will contribute to debugging, testing and code reviews, while developing your technical capability and progressing through clear pathways.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our Technology team. As a Junior Engineer, you will balance Building (85%), Guiding (10%), and Leading (5%) responsibilities. You will see yourself rotating across multiple teams and functions to provide exposure to different ways of working and professional experiences. You'll develop your skills in a supportive environment, with mentoring from experienced professionals and clear progression pathways.
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative engineering environment, contributing to real products and features while developing your technical capability. You’ll work with technologies including Go, Node.js, AWS, event-driven and serverless architectures, as well as AI-powered tools and workflows.
