Job summary

ShiftCare is seeking a Software Engineer – Integrations (remote) to join a fast-growing SaaS team. You will design and implement elegant, scalable integration solutions, connecting with third-party platforms and services while delivering high-quality engineering work in a mature Agile/DevOps environment.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers and product owners, tackle performance and security concerns, and contribute to roadmap discussions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience in Agile teams and collaborative work.
• Proficient in software architecture, APIs and microservices.
• Experience with build, deploy and release automation in a DevOps environment.
• Experience with enterprise cloud applications or infrastructure.
• Proficient in relational databases and large data sets.
• Full-stack development across front-end and back-end.

Responsibilities

• Architect elegant, maintainable, testable solutions to complex problems.
• Integrate with third-party platforms and services.
• Follow project management guidelines and security best practices.
• Tackle performance bottlenecks and drive improvements to backend/frontend infrastructure.
• Contribute technology inputs to product roadmap discussions.
