ShiftCare is seeking a Software Engineer – Integrations (remote) to join the Engineering team. You will architect, implement, and optimize integration points with third-party platforms, APIs, and data sources, in a mature Agile/DevOps environment.

You will lead end-to-end development of scalable services, collaborate with product managers and leaders, and ensure high standards of reliability and performance across the stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience with Agile teams and DevOps practices.
• Strong experience with APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration-focused engineering work across backend and frontend.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable integrations with third-party platforms.
• Drive performance improvements and contribute to product roadmap.
