ShiftCare is seeking a Software Engineer – Integrations (remote) to join a fast-growing SaaS team. You will work across the full stack, architect scalable integrations, and collaborate within an Agile/DevOps environment to deliver high-quality releases for Australian, American and Canadian clients.

You will integrate with third-party platforms, optimize performance, and contribute to the product roadmap while embracing remote work options and a strong emphasis on security and scalability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in Agile teams with collaboration and self-motivation.
• Experience with software development, architecture, APIs and microservices.
• Experience with build, deployment and release automation in a DevOps environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise Cloud applications or infrastructure.
• Proficiency with relational databases and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Architect elegant, maintainable, testable solutions to complex problems.
• Integrate with third-party platforms and services to pull content, services, and data.
• Follow project guidelines and security best practices.
• Address performance bottlenecks and improve backend/frontend infrastructure.
• Contribute technology inputs to product roadmap discussions.
• Deliver scalable, robust engineering outcomes and support incidents.
• Work on architecture, scalability, security and performance initiatives.
