Job summary

ShiftCare is seeking a Software Engineer – Integrations to join our engineering team in a remote capacity. You will collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to deliver high-quality integrations and features in an Agile/DevOps environment.

You will design and implement scalable backend and frontend solutions, integrate with third-party platforms, and help ensure reliability and performance of our cloud-based SaaS used by Australian, North American disability support

Qualifications

• 6+ years relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and full-stack development.
• Experience in DevOps, build, deployment and release automation.
• Experience with enterprise Cloud applications or infrastructure.
• Proficient with relational databases and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Architect elegant, maintainable, testable solutions to complex technical problems.
• Integrate with third-party platforms and services to pull in data.
• Follow defined project management guidelines and security best practices.
• Tackle performance bottlenecks and improve backend/frontend performance.
• Contribute technical inputs to product roadmap discussions.
• Deliver scalable, robust engineering outcomes for the company.
• Support critical technology incidents as needed.
• Work on architecture, scalability, security and performance initiatives.
