Babcock International Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Keswick, SA, hybrid work arrangement. You will lead software maintenance, design and implement software solutions, and collaborate across teams to ensure compliant, reliable systems for Australian Defence Force operations.

Qualifications include accredited software engineering bachelor degree, strong agile experience, and expertise in requirements analysis, configuration management, and testing.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience in a regulated/defence context.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities for complex investigations.
• Experience with Agile processes and simulators or complex systems is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead software maintenance activities and engineering changes.
• Develop and maintain software components and simulators.
• Oversee software changes through the Software Development Environment (SDE) and coordinate testing.
