Job summary

Bupaoptical in Sydney seeks developers who can adapt quickly and leverage the right tools, with a CRM background and strong interest in agentic technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform, to boost productivity, automation, and business outcomes.

You’ll work end to end across discovery, build, test, and refinement, guiding agentic tooling with guardrails, reviewing AI outputs, and improving delivery flow.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or extensive professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Work end to end across discovery, build, test, and refinement.
• Guide and constrain agentic tooling using approved practices and guardrails.
• Review, validate, and refine outputs produced by AI systems.
• Improve delivery outcomes by focusing on process, practice, and flow effectiveness, not just individual contribution.
• Success is measured by improvements to delivery performance (DORA metrics) and uplift of team-wide engineering practices.
