Job summary

IT Alliance Australia is seeking a Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer (Developer) to work with a Federal Government client across Canberra and Sydney. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying CRM solutions on the Microsoft stack with strong emphasis on security and enterprise-scale delivery.

• Understanding of secure software development principles and OWASP Top 10 security risks with ability to identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions including prompts, topics, actions, and generative AI capabilities.
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources and integrating copilot agents with Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, and best practices, delivering scalable and secure Copilot agent solutions.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer (Developer) in Canberra and Sydney.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated understanding of secure software development principles and the OWASP Top 10 security risks along with the ability to identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications, integrations, and APIs.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including custom Prompts, topics, actions, and generative AI capabilities.
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources and integrating copilot agents with Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, and best practices, with the ability to deliver scalable and secure enterprise-grade Copilot agent solutions.
