Job summary

Cipher Recruitment is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer in Sydney CBD to drive the expansion of AI capabilities using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and automation. The role blends hands-on development with business-facing communication to deliver practical outcomes.

You will work in a growing IT team, with a hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days from home schedule after probation, and a strong focus on Copilot Studio adoption and internal automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
• Experience building AI agents, automation and intelligent workflows.
• Strong Power Platform experience (Power Automate & Power Apps).
• Ability to translate technology into plain business language.

Responsibilities
