The role focuses on delivering end-to-end across discovery, build, test, and refinement, guiding agentic tooling and ensuring AI outputs meet quality and security standards. Hybrid work in Sydney is available, with opportunities to work across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in typed languages (C# and/or TypeScript).
• Experience with RESTful API design and SQL performance.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse entities and security models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery across discovery, build, test and refinement.
• Guide agentic tooling using approved guardrails.
• Review, validate and refine outputs from AI systems.
• Improve delivery flow and engineering practices.
• Drive delivery metrics improvements and reduce bottlenecks.
• Translate intent into technical direction for agentic execution.
• Ensure quality, security and compliance of AI-generated artefacts.
