Job summary

SG Fleet AU in Sydney is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and improve customer-focused software products through hands-on development and strong engineering practices. You will collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering, take ownership of complex problems from concept to production, mentor others, and contribute to architectural decisions while ensuring reliability and security.

Experience with .NET, frontend frameworks, CI/CD, Agile methods, and cloud services is

Qualifications

Bachelor-level IT qualification or equivalent; strong software development background
Hands-on .NET development across scalable, maintainable applications
Experience building modern web apps using current frontend tech and frameworks

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality software with agreed tech stack
Take end‑to‑end ownership from requirements to production and support
Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to shape solutions
Contribute to architectural direction and coding standards
Mentor engineers and improve development practices across the team
Identify risks and implement mitigations, ensuring security and reliability
